In line with the instruction of the Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia to drop the name or word “Commissioner for Oaths” in the list of individuals who can certify documents, the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) decided that only a Professional Engineer registered with the BEM can certify all the supporting documents pertaining to the registration as a graduate engineer with immediate effect.
